Day 12: Paris!

We took the Eurostar from Amsterdam Centraal to Paris, and it was not great… but it was only about a 4.5 hour ride with the delays. We had been spoiled on the Swiss trains!

We checked in to our cute little 1960s themed hotel in the Latin Quarter, and then just wandered around the neighborhood. We stayed just off the Rue Mouffetard, which is one of the oldest pedestrian streets in Paris, lined with shops and restaurants and markets. I loved this area. There was a restaurant for every type of cuisine you could think of and so many fresh fruit and vegetable markets
